Description: Maritime Tel & Tel Limited and ScotiaCom Telecom Inc.  On January 7, 2000 MTT filed a letter in accordance with the provisions of Part IV of the CRTC Rules of Procedure, to apply for approval of a license agreement between MTT and ScotiaCom respecting the provision of access to the support structure of MTT.
