Description: Re: Bell Tariff No. 7186 - Cancellation of Bell SimplyOne Service
I'm writing to complain about the proposed cancellation of the Bell SimplyOne service. I received a notice from Bell on March 26, 2009 indicating that Bell will be cancelling my Bell SimplyOne service as of April 30, 2009. The notice states that the reason for the cancellation is that the mobile analog network which SimplyOne operates on is no longer in service and is being replaced by a 3G network. I don't understand why Bell can't simply transfer the wireless portion of the service to the new 3G network. The other components of the service (voice mail and call forwarding) essentially remain the same.
