		The station would rebroadcast almost entirely the programming of CIRA-FM Montréal, Quebec. One hour per week of spoken word programming concerning the Outaouais region would be broadcast from Montréal. 		This application was first scheduled to be heard at a public hearing on 30 October 2000 (Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 2000-8, 25 August 2000) but was withdrawn upon receipt of interventions.					Cette demande devait initialement être entendue lors d'une audience publique tenue le 30 octobre 2000 (Avis d'audience publique CRTC 2000-8 du 25 août 2000) mais a été retirée suite à des interventions reçues.
		Subsequently, the Commission issued a call on 8 November 2000 (Public Notice CRTC 2000-153). The Commission then extended, on November 29, 2000 (Public Notice CRTC 2000-153-1), the deadline for submitting applications.
