Description: Saskatchewan Telecommunications (SaskTel) is hereby filing an adverse event exclusion application pursuant to paragraph 117 of Telecom Decision CRTC 2005-20, Finalization of quality of service rate rebate plan for competitors, and, paragraph 32 of Telecom Decision CRTC 2007-102, Retail quality of service rate adjustment plan and competitor quality of service rate rebate plan – Adverse events. SaskTel is requesting to have certain results adjusted for Indicator 2.10, Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) – CDN Services and Type C Loops (Indicator 2.10) for November 2011 for the purpose of calculating the Competitor Rate Rebate Plan.
