Description: The Public Interest Advocacy Centre (PIAC) is in receipt of a Part 1 Application from Rogers Communications Partnership (Rogers) entitled "Part 1 Application by Rogers Communications Partnership to implement a National Wireless Services Consumer Protection Code" dated 8 March 2011. The Application in paragraph 1 states that "the Commission establish a CRTC Interconnection Steering Committee to develop and implement a National Wireless Services Consumer Code which wireless carriers would file as a Group B tariff."
