Description: As the Commission is aware, implementation and communications plans regarding the introduction of 10-digit local calling in NPAs 450, 514, 519, 613 and 819 are well underway. The next step in the implementation process starts on 17 June 2006, when an intercept message will be played on all seven-digit dialed calls in those NPAs, before the call is completed.
