Description: Please find attached a revised tariff page, along with a copy of the existing tariff page, to reflect the Commission’s directive at paragraph 45 of Telecom Decision CRTC 2010-387, Viability of proposals for the provision of E9-1-1 service for nomadic and fixed/non-native VoIP subscribers, 17 June 2010. The directive requires Canadian carriers, as a condition of providing telecommunications services to nomadic and fixed/non-native VoIP service providers, to include in their service contracts or other arrangements with these providers, within 90 days of the date of this decision, the requirement that the latter abide by the Commission’s direction in this decision. This has been set out in MTS Allstream’s revised tariff page.
