Secure Access to Canadian Program Certification Cover Page

The link below provides secure access for submission of applications filed by Canadian television producers to the Canadian Program Certification office.

Before you proceed, complete your electronic application form and all application-related documents you are filing with the Commission before logging into My CRTC Account and completing the Cover Page.

New users: obtain a one-time activation code prior to submitting an application for the first time. Obtain your activation code from the CRTC at 1-866-893-0932 or TTY (toll-free) 1-877-909-2782, Monday to Friday (except holidays) from 07:00 to 19:00, Eastern Time.
