Secure access to Cover Page
The link below provides secure access for the Canadian Program Certification office. You must complete your electronic application form and all application related documents you are filing with the Commission before completing the Cover Page (Epass). This web-based form supports the submission of documents in a secure mode, filed by Canadian television producers that wish to submit their documents on-line.
