Data Collection – Annual return of pay & specialty programming services

| Processes | Due dates | Significant changes | Forms |

This survey is to be completed by all Pay & Specialty Undertakings in Canada.

For the collection of data for the period ended 31 August, certain entities have been asked to submit their data on-line using the Commission's web-based Data Collection System (DCS). Such entities have been contacted directly and have not been sent a paper-based survey form. As in other years, all other entities are required to complete the paper-based survey forms.

Authority

The pay & specialty information filed using DCS is submitted under the authority of the Broadcasting Information Regulations, 1993. Full details of these administrative changes can be found in Broadcasting Circular CRTC 2007-7.
