2002-17 - The Commission approves SaskTel's request to revise tariff notice 22 to clarify that the company does not currently charge, and does not intend to charge, the telephone number charge for full NXX codes that reside in a wireless service provider switch. 2002-19 - The Commission approves the request by TCI to remove from residence value bundle the package without Simple Voice Mail feature; increase by $1 the monthly rate for customers who currently subscribe to the residence value bundle package without Simple Voice Mail and allow them to replace one of their existing Call Management services features with Simple Voice Mail without incurring any service charges; and delete the reference to "the three features include or exclude Simple Voice Mail" from its Tariff page. 2002-44 - The Commission approves, on an interim basis, an ex parte application filed by Aliant Telecom on behalf of itself, Island Telecom Inc., Maritime Tel & Tel Limited, NBTel Inc. and NewTel Communications Inc. on 14 December 2001. 2002-45 - The Commission approves, on an interim basis, an ex parte application filed by Aliant Telecom on 21 December 2001. Reference: Aliant Telecom TN 3 and APTC TN 47.

2002-46 - The Commission approves Aliant Telecom's request to extend to 1 May 2002 its promotion for customers in Nova Scotia who subscribe to the company's residential network exchange and advanced services offer, for a minimum of four months. Service connection charges will not apply to those customers and they will receive a credit equal to the price of one month's network exchange service. Reference: APTC TN  48. Eff. date = 01.02.02.

2002-47 - The Commission approves the Master Agreement for Local Network Interconnection between MTS Communications Inc. and AT&T Canada Corp. Reference: 8340-M3-0824/00.

2002-48 - The Commission approves Northwestel's request to restructure Centrex service offering into three feature packages; introduce Centrex service in Yellowknife, Fort Nelson and Inuvik; introduce a one-year contract period with automatic renewal; and decrease the number of line groups from six to four. 2002-49 - The Commission approves Northwestel's request that calls placed to Russia and Greenland using the company's prepaid calling cards during the month of March 2002, be rated at $0.50 per minute. Reference: TN  770. Eff. date = 01.03.02.

2002-50 - The Commission approves Northwestel's request to include custom calling features (CCF) and call management services (CMS) into one section entitled Enhanced Calling Features; increase CCF and call return monthly rates to one standard rate of $5 for residential customers and $7 for business customers; increase residential voice mail boxes rates by $1; remove the current CCF packages and introduce discounts for all CCF, CMS and specific voice mail boxes; and implement a free for 30-day trial period promotion for new subscribers to CCF, CMS and specific voice messaging services.
