2004-11 - The Commission approves an application by Aliant Telecom Inc., dated 18 November 2003, to introduce Electronic News Gathering Service in order to provide access to occasional use video channels. Reference: TN 111. Eff. date = 08.01.04

2004-12 - The Commission approves an application by Northwestel Inc., dated 21 November 2003, to revise General Tariff items related to mileage charges in order to: (a) incorporate items 704, 706 and 707 into item 701; (b) increase the monthly charge for the first quarter mile or remaining fraction mile for channels between buildings in the same exchange and on the same continuous or different properties of the customer from $20.00 to $23.00; and (c) increase the monthly charge for each additional quarter mile or remaining fraction mile for channels between buildings in the same exchange and on the same continuous or different properties of the customer from $5.70 to $6.55. 2004-13 - The Commission approves on an interim basis Maskatel inc.'s proposed rates reflecting the Commission's determinations in Telecom Decisions CRTC 2003-12 and 2003-13. 2004-14 - The Commission approves an application by Bell Canada, dated 2 December 2003, to destandardize the D channel packet link associated with the Centrex Microlink Access Service. Reference: TN 6782. Eff. date = 30.01.04

2004-15 - The Commission approves an application by Aliant Telecom Inc., dated 3 December 2003, to revise Maritime Tel & Tel Limited General Tariff item 780.4(j), Centrex Business Service, in order to reduce the rate for Large Centrex Message Manager Mailbox in Nova Scotia for business customers with more than 7500 Centrex lines from $5.69 to $4.60. 2004-17 - The Commission approves an application by Bell Canada , dated 5 December 2003 , to revise Special Facilities Tariff item B27, Access to Automatic Route Selection, in order to modify the service charge structure from a single rate to various rates depending on the length of contract and the number of locals the customer takes. 2004-20 - The Commission approves an application filed by Le Téléphone de St-Éphrem inc., dated 20 November 2003 and amended on 5 December 2003, in order to remove the following references to a number of General Tariff items: equipment for persons with disabilities; terminal equipment no longer subject to regulation; toll charges; and the Régie des télécommunications du Québec, its previous regulator. 2004-26 - The Commission approves an application by Aliant Telecom Inc. 2004-29 - The Commission approves the Master Agreement for Local Interconnection between Call Net Communications Inc. (CNCI) and Globility Communications Corporation. CNCI filed the application on 5 December 2003. Reference: 8340-C43-200318297

2004-30 - The Commission approves an application by Sogetel inc., dated 17 December 2003, to remove the reference to the specific prime rate for the late payment charge and to replace it with a general reference as this rate changes frequently. Reference: TN 118. Eff. date = 22.01.04

2004-31 - The Commission approves an application by CoopTel, dated 12 December 2003, to modify the interest rate paid on customer deposits to a rate pegged to the annual fixed interest rates on one-year term deposits by La Fédération des caisses Desjardins du Québec. 2004-32 - The Commission approves an application by Nexicom Telecommunications Inc., received on 1 December 2003, to revise sections 50, 60, 70 and 90 of its General Tariff in order to remove references to Party Line Service, and issue various pages to reflect changes previously approved by the Commission since the last update of its tariffs. 2004-33 - The Commission approves an application by Thunder Bay Telephone, dated 17 December 2003, in order to reduce the 9-1-1 monthly rate from $0.26 to $0.25 for all exchange services equipped for outward calling to the public switched telephone network and to establish a rate of $0.125 per working telephone number of the wireless service providers. 2004-34 - The Commission approves an application by O.N.Telcom, dated 22 December 2003, to add a list of the acceptable methods for obtaining express consent for the disclosure of confidential customer information, as directed in Confidentiality provisions of Canadian carriers, Telecom Decision CRTC 2003-33, 30 May 2003, as amended by Telecom Decision CRTC 2003-33-1, 11 July 2003. 2004-35 - The Commission approves an application by Bell Canada dated 17 October 2003, to establish extended area service between the St-Fulgence and Jonquière exchanges, effective 4 February 2004. The Commission however denies Bell Canada's request to increase, from two months to six months, the period where the community of interest criterion is satisfied in a 12 month period. 2004-36 - The Commission approves an application by Aliant Telecom Inc., dated 24 December 2003, to amend the definition of Basic Service to remove the reference to Prince Edward Island in relation to party line service. 2004-38 - The Commission approves an application by NorthernTel Limited Partnership, dated 11 December 2003, in order to introduce two Centrex II service promotional campaigns: the first, from 12 April 2004 to 18 June 2004, and the second, from 13 September 2004 to 26 November 2004. 2004-40 - The Commission approves an application by TELUS Communications (Québec) Inc., dated 10 December 2003, proposing additional protection to the power components of a microwave transmission network at the monthly rate of $295.00.
