Annual Reports filed by Licensees

In a number of CRTC decisions, the Commission has required broadcasting licensees to submit annual reports relating to various issues raised in the decisions. In the past, in some cases, the filing of annual reports warranted a Commission response. The Commission has now determined that a response is unnecessary, unless warranted by exceptional circumstances.
