Public Notice

Ottawa, 25 April 1986
Public Notice CRTC 1986-93
Trillium Cable Communications Limited
Millbrook, Ontario - 853182400
In Public Notice CRTC 1986-8 dated 10 January 1986, the Commission processed for public comment an application to add a condition of licence exempting the licensee from the requirements of section 6 of the Cable Television Regulations with respect to the carriage of the signal of priority station CFMT-TV Toronto, in order to allow the carriage of this signal on the mid-band service.
In reply to an opposing intervention from Multilingual Television (Toronto) Limited, licensee of CFMT-TV Toronto, Trillium Cable Communications Limited has advised the Commission that it has decided to withdraw its request and that it will take appropriate measures to distribute CFMT-TV on channel 4.
In light of the licensee's withdrawal of its application, no further action is required.
