The Commission has received the following application:
ONTARIO REGION
1. SUDBURY, Ontario
Application (880796800) by TELEMEDIA COMMUNICATIONS ONTARIO INC., 1010 Sherbrooke Street West, Suite 1610, Montréal, Quebec, H3A 2R7, to amend the Promise of Performance of CIGM-FM Sudbury, as follows:
a) by changing the format from Group III (Country and Country Oriented) to Group IV (40% Pop and Rock - Softer; 60% Pop and Rock - Harder); and
b) by decreasing the amount of category 6 (Traditional and Special Interest Music) From 8 to 5 hours per week.
The applicant states its intention to move the Country format to CKSO Sudbury for the duration of its licence term.
