The applicant also proposes to delete the existing head-end location at Fort Kent and interconnect with the system located at Lac Baker, New Brunswick.
The licensee has stated as well, that the present fee of $8.25 charged to its subscribers in Clair will be increased over a 5 year period in order that all basic monthly fees for Clair, St. François, Lac Baker and Caron Brook be standardized.
