Application (930787700) by RADIO QX-FM INC., licensee of the (radio) programming undertaking CFQX-FM Selkirk, for authority to transfer the effective control of the licensee through the transfer of 100% of the issued and outstanding common shares from Robert Chipman (50%) and Megill-Stephenson Co. Ltd. (50%) to Craig Broadcast Systems Inc.
As a result of this transaction, Radio QX-FM Inc. would be indirectly controlled by Stuart A. Craig of Brandon, Manitoba.

Application (920444700) by CARIBOO CENTRAL INTERIOR RADIO INC. to amend the broadcasting licence of the (radio) programming undertaking CIVH Vanderhoof, by adding a transmitter at Fort St. James operating on a frequency of 92.7 MHz (channel 224) with an effective radiated power of 42 watts.
The licensee is to cease the operation of CIFJ after implementation of the FM transmitter.
