Application (940656200) by RADIO C.J.V.R. LTD., P.O. Box 1420, Melfort, Saskatchewan, S0E 1A0, to amend the broadcasting licence of the (radio) programming undertaking CJVR Melfort, by changing the frequency from 1,420 kHz to 750 kHz and by relocating the transmitter to a site approximately 25 kilometers south east of the current site.
The applicant states that these changes would greatly improve the station's coverage area.

Intervention

In the event that the application is brought to the oral phase of a hearing it would be helpful to the Commission if you would provide reasons why your written comments are not sufficient and an appearance is necessary;
- a true copy MUST be sent to the applicant and a proof of such sending must accompany the original sent to the Commission;
- the intervention must be received by the CRTC and by the applicant ON OR BEFORE the deadline date indicated below. The Commission cannot be held responsible for postal delays;
