1. OTTER LAKE AND LESLEY, Quebec
Application (941017600) by TÉLÉCÂBLE RÉGIONAL (DU CENTRE) INC., 1730 Marie-Victorin, Suite 201, Longueuil, Quebec, J4G 1A5, to be relieved from the requirement to distribute the regional signal CIVO-TV (SRTQ) Hull, Quebec on the basic service of its (cable) distribution undertaking serving Otter Lake and Lesley, pursuant to paragraph 22(1)(b) of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986. The applicant proposes instead to distribute the signal CIVM-TV (SRTQ) Montréal, Quebec, received via satellite.

2. SHERBROOKE, Quebec
Application (940274400) by the CANADIAN BROADCASTING CORPORATION to amend the broadcasting licence of the (radiocommunication) distribution undertaking CBF-FM-2 Sherbrooke, as follows:
- by increasing the effective radiated power from 678 to 25,000 watts; and
- by changing the frequency from 89.7 MHz (channel 209B) to 90.7 MHz (channel 214B).
The applicant states that these changes will increase the coverage area and will therefore improve the service quality at Sherbrooke and vicinity.

- a true copy MUST be sent to the applicant and a proof of such sending must accompany the original sent to the Commission;
- the intervention must be received by the CRTC and by the applicant ON OR BEFORE the deadline date indicated below. The Commission cannot be held responsible for postal delays;
