Telecom Order CRTC 94-307
IN THE MATTER OF an application by Bell Canada (Bell) dated 23 February 1994, for approval of Interconnection Agreements between Bell and Bruce Municipal Telepone System, Dryden Municipal Telephone System, Keewatin Municipal Telephone System, Kenora Municipal Telephone System and City of Thunder Bay Telephone Department.
WHEREAS Bell also submitted for the Commission's information a copy of the final Carrier Access Tariff Agreement which now incorporates the Carrier Access Tariff and the Settlement Fund arrangement -
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
The Interconnection Agreements between Bell and Bruce Municipal Telephone System, Dryden Municipal Telephone System, Keewatin Municipal Telephone System, Kenora Municipal Telephone System and City of Thunder Bay Telephone Department are hereby approved.
