Decrease in power for CISP-FM

Following Public Notice CRTC 1995-16 dated 2 February 1995, the Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for CISW-FM Whistler, by decreasing the effective radiated power of its transmitter CISP-FM Pemberton, from 750 watts to 400 watts.

The Department of Industry, Science and Technology has advised that the decrease in power approved herein will not significantly affect coverage to populated areas.

The Commission acknowledges the intervention submitted with respect to this application and is satisfied with the licensee's response thereto.
