Licence renewals
Following Public Notice CRTC 1995-10 dated 20 January 1995, the Commission renews the licences for the radiocommunication distribution undertakings CBYT-3 Bonne Bay, CBNLT-1 Churchill Falls, CBYT-6 Cow Head, CBYT-9 Hawkes Bay, CBYT-8 Portland Creek and CBYT-7 Trout River, from 1 September 1995 to 31 August 2002, subject to the conditions in effect under the current licences, as well as to those conditions specified in the licences to be issued.
The Commission notes that these undertakings distribute the programs of the CBC Northern Television Service. The undertakings also distribute certain programs received from CBNT St. John's.
