Decision

Ottawa, 31 July 1995
Decision CRTC 95-513
Radio Communautaire Cornwall-Alexandria Inc.
Cornwall, Alexandria and area, Ontario - 950969600
Licence amendment for CHOD-FM
Following Public Notice CRTC 1995-91 dated 8 June 1995, the Commission approves the application by Radio Communautaire Cornwall-Alexandria Inc. to amend the broadcasting licence of the Type A community radio programming undertaking, CHOD-FM Cornwall, by deleting the condition of licence limiting to 10 the maximum number of times a musical selection may be repeated.
This amendment is consistent with Public Notice CRTC 1992-38 dated 29 May 1992 entitled "Policies for Community and Campus Radio", in which the Commission announced that it would maintain the maximum repeat factor of 10 only for Type B
stations.
