Following Public Notice CRTC 1995-77 dated 10 May 1995, the Commission renews the licence for the radiocommunication distribution undertaking CFCH-TV-1 Temiscaming, from 1 September 1995 to 31 August 2002, subject to the conditions in effect under the current licence, as well as to those conditions specified in the licence to be issued.

The Commission notes that this undertaking rebroadcasts programming originating from CKNY-TV (CTV) North Bay.
