Decision CRTC 95-83-1

Temsat Inc., representing a company to be incorporated

Trois-Pistoles and the rural area including Saint-Mathieu and Saint-Hubert, Quebec - 940651300

Correction

In Decision CRTC 95-83 dated 1 March 1995, the Commission incorrectly named Temsat Inc. as the licensee. The Commission hereby corrects Decision CRTC 95-83 by identifying Temsat Inc., representing a company to be incorporated, as the licensee of the new MDS undertaking authorized to serve the above-mentioned communities.

The Commission will thus issue to Temsat Inc., representing a company to be incorporated, a license expiring 31 August 1997, subject to the conditions specified in Decision CRTC 95-83 and in the licence to be issued.

The authority granted in Decision CRTC 95-83 will only be effective and the licence will only be issued at such time as the Commission receives documentation establishing that an eligible Canadian corporation has been incorporated and that it may be issued a licence.

Secretary General
