Licence amendment
Following Public Notice CRTC 1995-160 dated 27 September 1995, the Commission approves the application by Télécâble Ste-Marie Inc. for authority to distribute, at its option, CFTU-TV (IND) Montréal as well as Télémag Québec, received via microwave, on the basic service of the cable distribution undertaking serving Sainte-Marie (Beauce).
The Commission reminds the licensee that the special programming service Télémag Québec may be distributed as long as it contains no advertising material.
