Decision CRTC 96-440-1
CJRN 710 Inc.
Fort Erie/Niagara Falls, Ontario - 951414200 - 951415900
Correction
In Decision CRTC 96-440 dated 21 August 1996, the Commission approved the application to amend the broadcasting licence for CKEY-FM by authorizing the licensee to add a transmitter at St. Catharines, operating on frequency 101.1 MHz (channel 266A) with an effective radiated power of 150 watts.
The Department of Industry has advised the Commission that its Broadcasting Certificate will reflect an effective radiated power of 557 watts, which represents the average power radiated at the transmitting antenna beam tilt angle.
This decision is to be appended to the licence.
Allan J. Darling
Secretary General
