Licence amendments

Following Public Notice CRTC 1996-105 dated 24 July 1996, the Commission approves the applications to amend the broadcasting licences of the cable distribution undertakings serving the above-noted localities, by deleting the programming services of WXYZ-TV (ABC), WTVS (PBS), WDIV (NBC) Detroit, Michigan, and WTOL-TV (CBS) Toledo, Ohio and by adding a condition of licence authorizing the distribution, at the licensee's option, of WHDH (NBC), WGBH-TV (PBS), WBZ-TV (CBS) and WCVB-TV (ABC) Boston, Massachusetts, received via satellite, as part of the basic service.
