Decision

Ottawa, 28 February 1996
Decision CRTC 96-68
Entreprises Radio Etchemin inc.
Lévis, Quebec - 951834100
 Decrease in power for CFOM-FM
Following Public Notice CRTC 1996-9 dated 9 January 1996, the Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for CFOM-FM Lévis by decreasing the effective radiated power from 5,315 watts to 3,597 watts.
The licensee indicated that this reduction in power is coupled with an increase in the effective height of the antenna system and as a result, there will be no change in the authorized coverage area of the station.
This decision is to be appended to the licence.
 Allan J. Darling
 Secretary General
