Following Public Notice CRTC 1996-128 dated 23 September 1996, the Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for the radiocommunication distribution undertaking serving Waswanipi, by adding transmitters for the distribution, in non-encrypted mode, of the following television programming services:

The licensee is authorized to distribute these services on channels 14, 16, 18, 20, 22 and 24, each with a transmitter power of 1 watt.
