ERRATA
Correction to Regulatory Framework for the Independent Telephone Companies in Quebec and Ontario (Except Ontario Northland Transportation Commission, Québec-Téléphone and Télébec ltée) Telecom Decision CRTC 96-6, 7 August 1996, (Decision 96-6).
A paragraph was inadvertently omitted on page 45. It is to be inserted prior to the first full paragraph on that page and should read as follows:
To ensure that the content of economic studies is well-defined, the independents, either individually or through their associations, are to file resource cost study guidelines. These filings are to be received by the Commission within six months of the date of this Decision.
In Appendix IV of Decision 96-6, under item 1. ACTQ CAT, sixth paragraph, rate information regarding a component of the ACTQ CAT was inadvertently omitted.
Lines 4-5 should read as follows:
... notably $0.0954 per toll minute, $1.9307 per 1/4 mile and $0.0697 per equivalent minute; and
Lines 10-12 should read as follows:
... notably $0.1014 per toll minute, $2.2533 per 1/4 mile and $0.0728 per equivalent minute.
