1. MONTRÉAL, Quebec
Application (951764900) by RADIO VILLE-MARIE to amend the broadcasting licence of the (radio) programming undertaking CIRA-FM Montréal, by adding a condition of licence allowing the licensee to use a subsidiary Communications Multiplex Operations (SCMO) channel, for the purpose of broadcasting the religious programming of Radio Maria Canada Inc.

2. SAINT-THÉODORE D'ACTON, Quebec
Application (952607000) by TÉLÉCÂBLE PROVINCIAL INC., Suite 222, 3055 Wilfrid-Hamel Boulevard, Québec, Quebec, G1P 4C6, to amend the broadcasting licence of the (cable) distribution undertaking serving Saint-Théodore d'Acton, as follows:
-    by interconnecting the undertaking via coaxial cable to the head end of Cogéco Câble Inc., the (cable) distribution undertaking serving Acton Vale and Roxton Falls, Quebec;
-    by removing the local head end serving Saint-Théodore d'Acton and to be relieved by condition of licence from the requirement that it own and operate its local head end pursuant to section 4 of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986;
-    by being authorized to distribute on the basic service, the programming services of WCAX-TV (CBS), WVNY (ABC), WETK (CBS) Burlington, Vermont and WPTZ (NBC) Plattsburg, New York to be received via coaxial cable; and
-    by being relieved the licensee by condition of licence from the requirement that it distribute at least four television programming services delivered to its local head end by a network operator licensed to extend television and radio services to remote and underserved communities, at least one of which must be a Canadian television programming service, pursuant to section 23 of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986.
The Commission notes that this undertaking is not yet in operation and that the licensee has been granted an extension until 31 August 1996 to implement its undertaking.
The licensee proposes to add, on the basic service, the service of Réseau de l'information and to move the services of MusiquePlus, Le Canal famille, Le Réseau des Sports (RDS) and The Sports Network (TSN), from basic service to a discretionary tier. The licensee proposes to decrease the basic monthly fee of $1.56, therefore, it will be reduced from $23.95 to $22.39.
