Decision

Ottawa, 28 August 1997
Decision CRTC 97-523
Standard Broacast Productions Limited, doing business under the style of "Sound Source"
Toronto, Ontario
Administrative renewal
1. For administrative reasons, the Commission renews the licence for the English-language radio network for the purpose of broadcasting the pre-season and regular season games of the Toronto Raptors of the National Basketball Association, from 1 October 1997 to 30 November 1997, subject to the terms and conditions in effect under the current licence.
2. This administrative renewal is granted solely because the Commission is not in a position to rule on the licence renewal application before the expiry of the term of the current licence. It does not in any manner dispose of the licence renewal application, nor of any relevant matters before the Commission in connection with that application. The Commission will dispose of the application, and all other relevant matters in connection with the application, in a subsequent decision.
This decision is to be appended to the licence.
Laura M. Talbot-Allan
