The Commission has received the following applications:
 NOTICE OF CHANGE RELATING TO A  PUBLIC HEARING
TORONTO ONTARIO
26 MAY 1997, 9:00 A.M.
Further to its Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 1997-3 dated 20 March 1997 relating to its public hearing commencing on 26 May 1997, at the Toronto Metro Convention Centre, 255 Front Street West, Toronto, Ontario, the Commission announces the following:
THE FOLLOWING ITEM IS AMENDED AND THE CHANGE IS UNDERLINED
Issue No. 1 - Item 12
JOLIETTE, Quebec
Application (199700902) by the COOPÉRATIVE DE RADIODIFFUSION MF 103,5 DE LANAUDIÈRE:
a)  for authority to acquire the assets and for a broadcasting licence to continue the operation of the (radio) programming undertaking CJLM-FM Joliette, upon surrender of the current licence issued to Radio de Lanaudière (1992) inc.;
b)  to amend the broadcasting licence by increasing the effective radiated power from 3,000 to 6,000 watts; and
c)  to amend the broadcasting licence to be relieved of the obligation to broadcast exclusively within the Group I or Group II formats, which are conditions of the licences, and to assume the following condition of licence:
"It is a  condition of licence that this station not be operated within the Specialty format as defined in Public Notice CRTC 1995-60, or as amended from time to time by the Commission."
The Commission will only proceed with this application at the Public Hearing if advised by the Department of Industry, at least ten days prior to the hearing, that it is technically acceptable.

Box 159, Stockholm, Saskatchewan, S0A 3Y0, for a broadcasting licence to carry on a (radiocommunication) distribution undertaking at Stockholm, operating on a frequency of 104.1 MHz (channel 281) with an effective radiated power of 10 watts, to rebroadcast the programs of CHOZ-FM St. John's, Newfoundland.
