Telecom Order CRTC 97-1

IN THE MATTER OF an ex parte application by Stentor Resources Centre Inc., under Tariff Notice 388 dated 5 December 1996, filed on behalf of and with the concurrence of The New Brunswick Telephone Company.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 3 January 1997 are approved on an interim basis. The company is directed to provide a copy of the application for the public record in all relevant public examination rooms within 2 business days.
