IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by BC TEL on 21 November 1996, for approval of an Interconnection and Service Agreement with Vyvx Inc.

Reference: 32560.97

WHEREAS this agreement is filed in conjunction with BC TEL Tariff Notice 3551 and provides for a telecommunication interconnection and service arrangement for the purpose of providing a one-way point-to-point occasional use video service between Vancouver, British Columbia and Los Angeles, California.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
