Telecom Order CRTC 97-1041

On 14 July 1997, BC TEL filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to its General Tariff Item 465, MicrolinkTM Home Service, modifying the existing service charge waiver to include all new customers until 31 December 1997.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 31 July 1997 are approved on an interim basis.
