On 7 July 1997, Stentor Resource Centre Inc. filed, on behalf of and with the concurrence of all federally regulated Stentor carriers, under Tariff Notice 494, as amended by Tariff Notice 494A dated 16 July 1997, an ex parte application for approval of tariff revisions.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 7 August 1997 are approved on an interim basis. The company is directed to provide a copy of the application for the public record in all relevant public examination rooms within two business days of the date of this Order.
