IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by TELUS Communications Inc. under Tariff Notice 866 dated 9 December 1996, for approval of tariff revisions providing for an initial DS-1 access channel outside the Grande Prairie Base Rate Area for a one-year period.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 9 January 1997 are approved.
