On 22 July 1997, Northwestel Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to its Message Toll Service Tariff Item 308.1, to provide for Advantage Operator Assisted Surcharges to be included in the rate standardization of Operator Assisted Surcharges across rate schedules.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 22 August 1997 are approved on an interim basis.
