Telecom Order CRTC 97-1252

On 24 April 1997, The New Brunswick Telephone Company, Limited filed an ex parte application under Tariff Notice (TN) 634, amended by TN 634A dated 30 April 1997, for approval of tariff revisions pertaining to its Cellular Telephone Service.

1. The proposed tariff revisions were approved on an interim basis under Telecom Orders CRTC 97-595 dated 2 May 1997 and 97-608 dated 7 May 1997.

2. The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.

3. In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions are approved on a final basis.
