On 19 August 1997, BC TEL filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to its Special Assembly Tariff Item 240 (I-28), introducing rates and conditions for the installation of Video Channels.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 22 September 1997 are approved.
