On 22 August 1997, BC TEL filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to its General Tariff Item 110 proposing a rate change in the residential field connection Multi-Element Plan Service Charge.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 1 October 1997 are approved on an interim basis.
