Telecom Order CRTC 97-1273

On 13 August 1997, Bell Canada filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to its General Tariff, requesting a four-party exception for the Wallaceburg, Ontario exchange, until 13 March 1999 due to facility shortages.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 13 September 1997 are approved.
