Telecom Order CRTC 97-1274

On 14 August 1997, Bell Canada filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to its Special Facilities Tariff Item D-20(t), providing for an administration charge for a 56 Kbps digital facility between two independent company exchanges, St. Liboire and Ste. Hélène de Bagot, Quebec.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 15 September 1997 are approved.
