On 15 August 1997, MTS NetCom Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to its Supplementary Tariff Special Services and Facilities Items 6000 and 6010, providing ATM UNI Access and Network Services.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 15 September 1997 are approved.
