Telecom Order CRTC 97-1279

On 16 May 1997, NewTel Communications Inc. filed an ex parte application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 560, by no longer offering the Teleplus Subscription Service to new subscribers.

1. The proposed tariff revisions were approved on an interim basis on 6 June 1997 under Telecom Order CRTC 97-764.

2. The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.

3. In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions are approved on a final basis.
