Telecom Order CRTC 97-1284

On 3 September 1997, The New Brunswick Telephone Company, Limited filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to its General Tariff Item 800.6, Interconnection Circuits with Trunk Side Access, to clarify that the 100 call threshold does not apply to Directory Assistance calls placed over IXC trunk side connections.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 12 September 1997 are approved on an interim basis.
