Telecom Order CRTC 97-1285

On 12 May 1997, Stentor Resource Centre Inc. filed, on behalf of and with the concurrence of Maritime Tel & Tel Limited and The Island Telephone Company Limited, an ex parte application for approval of tariff revisions to its National Services Tariff Item 1039, proposing the introduction of a promotional campaign, "Advantage Business Long Distance Summer Promotion".

1. The proposed tariff revisions were approved on an interim basis on 5 June 1997 under Telecom Order CRTC 97-752.

2. The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.

3. In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions are approved on a final basis.
