Telecom Order CRTC 97-1287

On 16 May 1997, Stentor Resource Centre Inc. filed, on behalf of and with the concurrence of NewTel Communications Inc., an ex parte application for approval of tariff revisions to its National Services Tariff Items 222 and 223, proposing changes to its Advantage Outbound Service and Advantage Preferred Entry Service.

1. The proposed tariff revisions were approved on an interim basis on 6 June 1997 under Telecom Order CRTC 97-765.

2. The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.

3. In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions are approved on a final basis.
